Leasing 6,150 square meters of dedicated manufacturing space in Bắc Ninh commits AMC Robotics to a cost structure, supplier base, and production cadence it has not previously had to manage. Bắc Ninh is Vietnam's established electronics and precision manufacturing corridor, home to major component suppliers and a deep technical workforce, so the site selection is deliberate rather than opportunistic. The operational reality is that NovaArm production is no longer an R&D-adjacent activity; it is now a factory-floor problem, with quality control, supply chain localisation, and cross-border logistics all requiring dedicated ownership.
