2. Our content and citation terms

The MitchelLake Talent Market Index (ML-TMI), regional and sector gauges, and our analysis are Mitchel Lake Group’s proprietary work. You are welcome — encouraged — to cite them, with attribution to “MitchelLake Talent Market Index” and a link to the instrument page; quote readings with their confidence interval and methodology version. The weekly series is available as machine-readable JSON on the same terms. Signal summaries on the wire link to and credit their original sources, whose rights remain with those publishers.

3. Accuracy and liability

Index readings are published with confidence intervals and a documented methodology, including its limitations — read them. We work to keep everything on the site accurate and sourced, but content is provided “as is”, without warranty, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. Signals reflect publicly reported events at the time of capture and may be corrected as sources update.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape at volumes that degrade the service, attempt to access non-public areas, misrepresent our content as your own, or republish wholesale without attribution. Feeds (RSS, Atom, JSON) and the data endpoint exist for legitimate reading, aggregation and citation — use them.

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Disputes are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
