Takeda: Product Launch
Takeda received Japanese regulatory approval (MHLW) for ORZEYFUL (oveporexton), a first-in-class oral orexin receptor 2 agonist for narcolepsy type 1. The leadership read
Takeda's launch shifts talent demand before revenue catches up. In Healthcare, taking a release to scale rewards product leaders with a commercial edge and operators who build the post-launch motion. Watch whether Takeda backs it with senior go-to-market hires across Asia — that separates a platform move from a one-off.
Market context: MitchelLake's Talent Market Index sits at 101.2 (Neutral), up 0.6 on the prior month; Asia hiring signal is running steady (-1.2pts).
Takeda: 6 signals in the last 90 days; 0.2% of MitchelLake's Americas signal flow; 7 tracked across 101 days.
