Companies reaching the commercial-integration stage of programs of this scale consistently surface demand for leadership in systems engineering and government contracting, nuclear and power systems delivery, life-support and closed-loop operations, and cross-agency partnership management. The market is moving toward operators who can hold both a commercial-delivery mandate and a sovereign program accountability simultaneously, a combination that is structurally scarce.
