KKR appointed Sam Caven and Marshall Nevins as co-heads of acquisitions for the Americas. Nevins joined from Blackstone as managing director; Caven has led KKR's U.S. real estate funds since 2024. Both now report to Justin Pattner, head of equity for the Americas.
