Companies operating at this stage of VPP platform integration, hardware vendor partnering with a multi-retailer orchestration layer in a regulated market, face rising demand for leadership across grid-services commercial operations, regulatory and market-rule fluency in jurisdiction-specific energy frameworks, and technical partnership management capable of holding performance accountability across a distributed hardware fleet.
