Companies operating at this scale of capital deployment across multiple Indian states face rising demand in a specific cluster of functional areas: regulatory and government affairs leadership with federal-plus-state fluency, energy procurement and grid-interconnection expertise tuned to India's renewable landscape, and cross-border development operations capable of running parallel site programmes under materially different approvals regimes. The market for operators with all three in a single profile is thin.
