Companies operating at this scale of renewable infrastructure consistently face intensifying demand in three functional areas: real-time grid operations and scheduling, commercial leadership capable of managing long-tenor power purchase agreements under live delivery pressure, and regulatory affairs capacity across FERC, NERC, and state commission relationships. The market for operators with experience managing gigawatt-scale wind dispatch is demonstrably thin; most comparable credentials sit inside utilities rather than independent developers.
