Viva's move is early-infrastructure rather than market-follower. Companies reaching this stage of physical SAF deployment consistently face rising demand for commercial leadership capable of structuring long-term offtake with airline customers, regulatory and sustainability reporting capability tied to fuel provenance standards, and operations leaders who can manage blended-fuel logistics across a multi-site network. The certification and compliance layer is proving to be the friction point across comparable infrastructure plays in the UK and US corridors.
