Companies navigating forced founder exits under regulatory and reputational pressure, particularly in consumer gaming and adjacent sectors with state-level licensing exposure, face concentrated demand in three functional areas: independent governance and compliance leadership capable of engaging directly with licensing bodies; HR and workplace-culture infrastructure that can withstand external audit; and external-affairs capability to manage regulatory relationships across multiple US jurisdictions where sweepstakes legality remains contested and politically sensitive.
