Companies reaching this stage of software-defined defense product expansion face concentrated demand in two functional areas: systems engineering leadership capable of owning cross-domain integration between RF, sensing, and effector layers, and program-management and regulatory depth that can navigate spectrum licensing, export controls, and Australian Defence export and integration requirements simultaneously.
