Companies reaching this stage of platform consolidation in the SecOps corridor face rising demand for commercial leadership capable of repositioning installed-base customers from multi-SKU to platform subscription, alongside product leadership at the seam between AI autonomy and analyst-workflow design. GTM functions in this category are also under pressure to rebuild value narratives for CISO buyers who are now evaluating human-in-the-loop governance as a procurement criterion, not an afterthought.
