Companies at this stage of AI productisation in regulated financial services face rising demand for leadership spanning AI risk and governance, cross-functional product ownership, and the engineering program management required to run trust-gated release pipelines at scale. India GCCs specifically are surfacing demand for leaders who can hold both the global product standard and the local engineering reality simultaneously.
