Eyrus Lens moves the company's position from hardware-and-data-collection to workflow intelligence. Before this launch, Eyrus aggregated workforce, access, and monitoring data; the operational question was whether that data reached the right person in time to affect a decision. Lens reframes the answer by routing site intelligence through text, email, and chat, channels superintendents and safety managers already operate in. The commitment is now to data *interpretation and delivery*, not just capture, which means the product surface extends into real-time decision support and, by extension, into accountability for the quality of that output. The most comparable in architecture is Userbot 3.0's multi-model LLM platform targeting enterprise workflows, and Armory Defense's agentic-AI simulation product, both products that wrap agentic layers around domain-specific operational data. The consistent shape across these launches: an existing data or workflow asset being re-exposed through an agent interface rather than a dashboard, shifting the value proposition from visibility to action. Across companies reaching this stage of agentic product deployment in industrial and field-operations settings, the functional pressure concentrates in three areas: product leadership that can govern agent reliability and failure modes in high-stakes environments, customer-success and implementation capability suited to construction's fragmented buyer landscape, and data-quality and integration engineering able to sustain the underlying data pipelines that agent outputs depend on entirely.
