The honest read is that this signal sits in a thin, specialist corridor where public comparable activity is sparse, which itself reflects how early the enterprise tokenization infrastructure layer remains as a distinct commercial category. Where the pattern does hold: companies converting enterprise-only deployments into open platform plays face concentrated demand for developer-ecosystem commercial leadership, technical partner onboarding, and the regulatory operations capability needed to credentialise programmable-finance infrastructure with institutional buyers across multiple jurisdictions. Those are different skill profiles from the enterprise account teams that likely supported the prior closed-deployment model.
