Across firms active in this corridor, the pattern concentrates demand in cross-border dispute and regulatory capability, specifically leaders who can operate across common-law, civil-law, and arbitral frameworks, and who carry relationships with institutional clients managing sanctions, enforcement, or contested-asset exposure in the Greater China region.
