Across companies at this stage of multi-acquisition integration in vertical SaaS, the consistent functional pressure falls on product leadership capable of rationalising overlapping data pipelines, commercial operations leaders who can manage ACV cohesion across acquired customer bases, and corporate development capability that can evaluate a third deal without disrupting the absorption of the first two.
