Historical placement: In 2014 MitchelLake partnered on a ‘first in-country” hire via an executive search for fintech, Square. At the time Square was one of the world’s highest-profile pre-IPO startups. Our mandate was to find a driven and entrepreneurial executive to be head of APAC. This hire supported their initial strategy for expansion into the Australian Marketplace, and serve as an anchor for their growth into the broader region.

MitchelLake was mandated to executive an executive search for IoT, data, and space-tech venture Myriota.

Myriota sought to appoint a commercially-minded Chief Revenue Officer to lead the company’s sales and marketing strategy while driving revenue growth. The primary remit of the role would be to continue to expand in the market, build the sales process and structure, leverage and coach the existing team, and drive an increase in conversions and new client partnerships.
