Zelestra is now accountable to a revenue stack that depends on those systems holding. What can be said is that GWh-scale BESS commissioning by European IPPs in Latin American merchant or hybrid markets has been accelerating as a category, with developers using Atacama and similar high-irradiance corridors to prove bankable storage projects ahead of broader regional expansion. Companies reaching this stage of operational complexity in cross-border renewable infrastructure consistently face rising demand in asset management, grid commercial, and regulatory affairs leadership, specifically operators who understand both the technical dispatch logic of large-format storage and the offtake and market-rules environment of the local grid. That combination is scarce across LATAM energy markets.
