WonderFi: Ma Activity
WonderFi has received final regulatory approval from CIRO for its acquisition by Robinhood Markets. The deal is expected to close June 1, 2026. Robinhood is acquiring all WonderFi shares for approximately $250 million CAD. WonderFi's entire 115-person team will join Robinhood Crypto's Canadian workforce.
