Vietnam Ministry of Science and Technology: Capital Raising
Vietnam's government is establishing a National Venture Capital Fund with US$100 million initial capital (2026-2028) modelled on Israel's Yozma programme, to fund deeptech, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, biotech, and climate technologies. The fund structure will gradually shift to 30-40% private capital by 2035.
