Across companies executing programmes of this shape, functional demand concentrates in three areas: enterprise infrastructure programme leadership with regulated-entity delivery experience, AI-ops and automation engineering capable of operating within financial-services compliance constraints, and commercial partnership management with multi-jurisdiction vendor governance depth.
