Companies reaching this stage of AI deployment within regulated financial infrastructure face concentrated demand in three functional areas: regulatory and compliance engineering capable of building explainability and audit frameworks that satisfy bank examiners; enterprise commercial leadership with financial-institution procurement fluency; and product operations able to manage the feedback loops between model performance and regulatory obligation at scale.
