Across companies at this stage in specialty diagnostics, the functional demand concentrating most visibly is commercial leadership with payer and health-plan contracting experience, medical-affairs capability that can translate clinical evidence into coverage policy conversations, and GTM operations built for a prescribing base, OB/GYN and maternal-fetal medicine, that is relationship-driven and risk-averse toward novel biomarker tests.
