Schneider Electric: Ma Activity
Schneider Electric agreed to acquire approximately 90% of AiDASH for $350 million in an all-cash deal. AiDASH uses satellite imagery and AI to help utilities identify vegetation risks, storm damage, and wildfire threats along power lines. The acquisition is part of Schneider Electric's broader AI strategy and will integrate AiDASH into the Energy Management reporting segment.
