That structural preference is the more consequential market read. Companies reaching this stage of public-market entry in autonomous-driving and AI-defined mobility face concentrated demand in specific functional areas: investor relations leadership with fluency across both institutional equity and strategic corporate shareholders, regulatory affairs capability spanning multiple operating jurisdictions, and commercial operations leadership able to translate R&D spend into auditable revenue-pathway milestones that satisfy listed-company disclosure standards.
