Companies reaching this stage of network contraction in the aviation corridor face increasing demand for commercial and partnership leadership capable of monetizing traffic flows without owning the metal, specifically, leaders who can structure and manage codeshare, interline, and loyalty arrangements as primary revenue instruments rather than supplements to proprietary capacity.
