Across emerging-market deeptech platforms reaching this stage of fund formation, the functional pressure concentrates in three areas: portfolio operations leadership with cross-sector technical fluency, LP relations and fund finance capability suited to parallel-sleeve structures, and commercial sourcing networks that span enterprise software, physical systems, and regulated sectors like BFSI and manufacturing, precisely the adoption corridors Banerjee flagged as analogous to prior US cycles.
