Companies at this stage of institutional embed in regulated-asset compliance face concentrated demand in regulatory affairs leadership with multi-jurisdictional depth, enterprise commercial functions built for financial-institution procurement, and product leadership capable of translating examiner requirements into platform architecture, a combination that remains structurally scarce across the fintech and crypto-infrastructure talent market.
