The honest read: this DESRI-Meta expansion is a leading edge of a pattern we expect to see compound — hyperscalers contracting multi-GW renewable capacity from single developers across dispersed state portfolios — but comparable domestic signals in the last 90 days are sparse. Companies reaching this scale of multi-state contracted capacity face increasing demand for project finance and portfolio treasury leadership, transmission and interconnection operations expertise spanning multiple ISOs, and commercial functions capable of managing concentrated counterparty exposure at the GW scale alongside continued pipeline origination.
