The pattern is not education-specific; it is governments using brand-name platforms to signal modernity, which creates a replicable entry model for product companies willing to absorb the complexity of public-sector delivery. Companies operating in this corridor, consumer-originated SaaS entering government and institutional markets in high-growth economies, face rising demand for public-sector commercial leadership, localization and curriculum-alignment capability, and government-relations functions that can manage multi-stakeholder procurement across state-level jurisdictions. The functional gap between a consumer growth motion and a government-contract motion is substantial, and the market is moving toward operators who can hold both simultaneously.
