That is a structural shift in how the network's utilization is sourced, and it commits Blink to maintaining API reliability and uptime standards against partners whose customer expectations Blink does not control. The related-signals set for this 90-day window is broad and only loosely comparable, twelve partnership signals spanning rare earth supply chains, sports ticketing, and compliance programs. The one directionally relevant pairing is REalloys-JS Link, which, like this deal, is an attempt to bind discrete infrastructure layers into an integrated stack. EV charging network-roaming partnerships specifically are thin in this dataset, which limits pattern depth here.
