The co-CEO split across Seattle and New York, paired with a combined CFO/President, is a structural compression: fewer seats at the top, sharper accountability lines. The consistency: external operator mandates that don't survive the company's strategic pivot. Across enterprise SaaS and customer-data platforms at this stage, the pattern concentrates demand in two functional areas: product-commercial leadership able to translate AI infrastructure capability into repeatable enterprise GTM, and data-engineering depth that can substantiate the platform's claims in enterprise procurement cycles where buyers are now stress-testing AI integrations rather than accepting them at face value.
