Across companies executing this kind of vertical disaggregation in embedded or direct-to-consumer insurance, the recurring functional pressure lands in three areas: product leadership capable of owning actuarial-to-UX decisions within a vertical, commercial operations heads with channel-partner management depth, and customer-experience architects who can systematize what were previously relationship-dependent sales motions at scale.
