Capital Raising

Americas

Willow, an Israeli agentic AI access platform, raised $7m seed funding led by Hetz Ventures with backing from Wix co-founders. Funding directed toward product development and go-to-market expansion.

Leadership read: Willow's emergence from stealth marks the point at which its enterprise design-partner phase became a commercial commitment. Running the platform across more than 5,000 Wix employees before any public announcement meant the company was effectively operating as a shadow governance layer inside a live enterprise, generating audit data, stress-testing access controls, and validating connector breadth against real agent sprawl. The seed capital now has to translate that closed-loop proof into repeatable sales motion across sectors where agent penetration is high but governance infrastructure is nearly absent. This is one of twelve capital-raising signals we have tracked in AI infrastructure and enterprise tooling over the last 90 days. The directly comparable security-adjacent raise is ThreatLocker's $190m Series F, which targets zero-trust application control at the endpoint; Willow sits one layer up, at the agent-identity and access plane. Henry AI's $16.5m Series A for back-office automation in commercial real estate is also relevant context: both companies are building governance and workflow infrastructure on top of AI adoption curves in verticals where compliance exposure is material. The pattern is consistent with capital concentrating around the control and observability layer of the agentic stack, not the agents themselves. Companies reaching this stage of commercial expansion in enterprise AI governance face rising demand for leadership at the intersection of security-product, identity and access management, and enterprise GTM, specifically operators who can sell to CISOs and IT risk functions without letting the platform be positioned solely as a security product and away from the productivity buyers who approved the agent rollout in the first place. Cross-functional commercial leadership that spans both audiences is where the market is thinning out.
