Enterprise value is stated as £22.4m (total consideration £40.2m including about £17.8m of acquired cash). Acolad has about 1,200 employees, operates in 22 countries across Europe and North America, and generated £182m revenue in 2025.

Listed bitcoin-focused firm Stack BTC has amended its agreed reverse-takeover acquisition of precious metals dealer Direct Bullion, cutting cash elements to £7.6m in new shares on completion plus up to £4.4m deferred share consideration tied to EBITDA of at least £2.5m. Direct Bullion reported audited FY revenues of £52.1m.
