FCA-authorised independent financial adviser Chandler King (City) Limited entered creditors' voluntary liquidation on 17 September 2026, after agreeing a voluntary requirement with the FCA in April 2026 that restricted its activities. Joint liquidators from Parker Andrews were appointed, and the firm applied to cancel its FCA permissions.

BSF Enterprise reorganised its cultivated meat operations: 3D Bio-Tissues becomes the core IP and manufacturing engine, and Cultivated Meat Technologies is rebranded as Milieu.bio, a standalone commercial arm for culture media additives (CityMix, CityBoost). Direct media sales move out of 3D Bio-Tissues, and Milieu.bio runs on an asset-light model under a cost-plus supply agreement and IP royalty framework.
