Across companies building AI on sensitive health data at this stage of regulatory anticipation, the functional pressure concentrates in two areas: responsible-AI and data-governance leadership capable of operating in multi-stakeholder standards processes, and policy and regulatory affairs functions that can translate consortium outputs into product and compliance postures ahead of formal rulemaking.
