Executive Search ESG CEO, Atlas Carbon

MitchelLake completed an executive search for a founding CEO to own and drive the vision for ESG focused startup Atlas Carbon. Atlas Carbon is a venture on a mission to help farmers achieve their carbon farming potential.

Over the past 12-18 months, investment and venture growth have been observed in deeply important areas for the planet, such as carbon markets, agriculture, natural resource management, and ESG.

However, there is a need for effective leadership to drive these initiatives and bring them to fruition, a challenge we enjoy undertaking to find the right people who can steer these initiatives toward success.

We are privileged to partner with Atlas Carbon, helping them hire Ashley Silver as their Chief Executive, and help build a growth-experienced leadership team. Atlas has set an ambitious goal of transitioning 100 million hectares of productive land to become climate-positive and carbon negative.
