Executive Search Fintech CPO, Spenmo

In 2022, MitchelLake was commissioned to complete an executive search for a Fintech CPO (Chief Product Officer) for APAC-based series-B scale-up Spenmo. Spenmo is a consolidated payments, data, and reporting platform that allows businesses to more easily manage multi-currency expense claims, bill payments, and corporate card activities. In the past two years, Spenmo has grown more than 800% to a team of over 250 employees (from a team of 26 in 2019). As a hyper-growth, late series fintech venture, Spenmo is building a world-class leadership team and were seeking to appoint a Chief Product Officer with the muscle memory to build and guide a scalable product team, culture, and strategy.
