AIMIA Digital Services Index
About the AIMIA DSI™
For the very first time, the true level of investment and expenditure in Australia’s digital services industry has been quantified. The AIMIA Digital Services Index™(DSI) delivers insight into the digital services industry to help businesses make smarter decisions. The DSI is a joint initiative of Australian Interactive Media industry Association (’AIMIA’), IBM Australia and Hyro Limited.
Digital services expenditure has traditionally been measured in terms of online advertising spend however, this only represents a portion of the total digital spend of businesses in Australia. To understand the total view of the market, investment in content, applications, professional services, infrastructure, hosting and connectivity on a national basis need to be understood.
DSI field research is based on a rigorous research process to gather data from Australian media, banking, finance, retail and government agencies. The DSI is a comprehensive view of the size of today’s digital services industry and its future expectations for growth. It is needed because of the phenomenal pace of innovation and change in digital services.
The DSI builds a comprehensive view of the size of today’s digital services industry and its future expectations for growth.

- First and foremost, the MitchelLake solution has provided us with some fantastic talent. That they have done so in a way that is more time and cost efficient than other recruitment alternativesis the icing on the cake. We have benefited greatly from increased transparency around recruitment process and strategy that the Upstream RPO solution afforded us.
